How it works
emGuarde™ uses harmonic frequencies to suppress targeted electromagnetic noise radiation from 3 to 1000 MHz within a 4-metre radius. Multi-layer harmonic frequencies are programmed to target specific frequencies: 36, 72, 108, 144, 180 MHz and above. This creates a balanced atmosphere while keeping the natural frequencies of the environment.

What is the warranty?
A 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The 2-year warranty applies only in European countries under EU consumer rules. After the warranty, emGuarde™ can be repaired — contact your local Enagic office.
How do I get the best coverage?
Keep emGuarde™ away from electronics, aluminium and mirrors and do not place it directly on the floor, to reduce electrostatic interference. Best of all, put it on its box or another raised surface, at least 0.5 m from other electronic devices.
Can emGuarde™ run from a charger?
Not recommended: chargers differ in output and this can affect the coverage range. Use a 5 V USB adapter with 2–6 A output.
Will a 6 A adapter increase the coverage?
No. The 2–6 A range only ensures compatibility. emGuarde™ runs at a fixed 0.5 W and draws only the current it needs; coverage depends on its design and harmonic frequency settings, not on the adapter's current.
Does the adapter need 110 V or 230 V?
That depends on the mains standard in your country. The key requirement is a 5 V USB adapter with 2–6 A output.
Can I use emGuarde™ in a car or on a train?
Yes, as long as you have the right adapter: a single 5 V USB output, 2–6 A.
Can I use emGuarde™ on a plane?
Yes, with a charger of suitable specifications. Follow the airline's rules: all electronic devices, including emGuarde™, must be off during take-off and landing.
Can I use my phone and tablet while emGuarde™ is on?
Yes. emGuarde™ works with high-frequency electromagnetic noise below 1 GHz; screen time is still worth keeping in moderation.
Will Wi-Fi and mobile signal still work?
Yes, emGuarde™ does not interfere with any telecommunication signals across the frequency spectrum.
